Overview

​​Up For Air Counselling provides a reflective and confidential escape from the chaos and speed of life.  A place that offers you the chance to be heard, to reduce the 'noise' and to choose your direction.

Emotional and physical health are interwoven so small changes can have a significant impact on many areas of life. Sometimes we overlook therapy for ourselves thinking we 'should' be ok or by not prioritising ourselves but understanding where certain characteristics and behaviours stem from can help us understand ourselves, change troublesome habits and improve relationships with ourself and others. 

 

We work together to bring about clarity or change, whatever you want or need as an individual.​​​​
