Overview
Recent news: Up For Air has been awarded 'Best Mental Health Counselling Practice 2026 - Berkshire' (July 2026) in the SME UK Enterprise Awards for its' 'strong concept, clear purpose, and value provided to clients'.
'Up For Air' is a Counselling practice in Sunningdale, Berkshire offering adult (18+) in-person and online therapy, including IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Technique), for a wide range of challenges from anxiety to depression and from ADHD to adult or childhood trauma.
Life's overwhelm is a very real thing. Explaining it and navigating it can feel impossible. Sometimes you need someone to understand that in order to help bring about some clarity - and that is where 'Up For Air' comes in.
Neurodivergence often adds to life's complexity, whether that be your own or parenting a child/ young person with Special Educational Needs. From coming to terms with a diagnosis to navigating the difficult SEN landscape . I have extensive personal experience in this world and welcome you to talk openly about these difficulties without judgement.
